[ Heine's been creeping on Luke and Danny both, trying to understand these men who had taken Nill in, acted as her protectors while Heine wasn't here to do it. Right now he's sitting on a fire escape, just watching Luke breaking down the wall. ]

[ The wall has several holes in it by now and Luke's hand is unscathed. He stops and leans against an untouched part of the brick. Luke wipes his brow with his forearm though there's no sweat--just something to do--when he catches yet another figure watching him. ]
