SUMMARY: Sirius offers to show Eleanor his motorbike.
FORMAT: Paragraph
Eleanor stepped out of the front of the MAC and immediately regretted it, as she quickly stuffed her hands into the pockets of her not-nearly-warm-enough jacket and hugged it more closely around her thin frame. She hadn't bought winter clothing, aside from the jacket...she hadn't even realized she was going to need it until the weather had suddenly gone chilly. Rapture didn't get cold, except when something went wrong...the pressurized air and the machinery kept the place almost pleasantly warm pretty much all the time. At least in the parts of the city she'd been in in the last few years.
She glanced back at the building for a second, seriously considering waiting inside the glass doors, and instead studied herself in the reflection. She'd had no idea how to dress for riding on a motorbike, so she'd gone with her usual skirt and blouse, in purple and light blue, respectively. Hopefully it was appropriate.
From the conversations she had so far with Sirius though, she somehow doubted he was a stickler for decorum. Not that it didn't worry her, regardless, but still. She wasn't sure what to make of the other teen yet...her interactions with people her own age were almost non-existent, outside of Cassie...and she was several years younger than Eleanor. Still, he was pleasant to speak with...and she was rather curious about his flying motorcycle.
With a last reluctant gaze at the obviously warmer building, she turned and moved off to stand by the curb, moving to block at least some of the wind with a tree that had grown out of the sidewalk over the years. It didn't do much, but anything was better than just standing there being cold, really.
