SUMMARY: May and Charlie spend a little quality bonding time over shoes, ice cream, and superheroing.

Normally, Charlie would've just bounced to wherever May was, but the other occupants of the mall tended to get weird when she did that. She supposed teleporting could freak people out...but it still meant she had to teleport into the little back hallway with the bathrooms and then WALK where she was going, and that was boring.

Okay, so maybe she jogged a little. She came jogging up to May's table and dropped down into a seat with a grin. "Hi! Sorry I'm late, I kinda had to walk." Overly dramatic sigh.

"You poor, poor thing," May laughed.

She'd roof jump and swung over here, before turning on the 'street clothes' function of the suit to fit in. She had to grin at Charlie's purposefully over dramatic complaint of walking ten feet in comparison.

"Do you want to nab some ice cream to recover from the ordeal with?"

I didn't get an alert for this.

"Oh yes. I have such a tragic burden, really. All that walking." She wrinkled her nose in distaste, really...but perked up immediately at the mention of ice cream, and was already standing.

"That would ease my pain, I imagine. Probably. Okay, completely and totally. I think I'll get blueberry...do they make blueberry ice cream?"

Hate it when that happens :/

"I've never seen it, hmm...is strawberry close enough?"

May was out of her depth when it came to any berry outside of the sweet, delicious raspberry. For all she knew, they tasted exactly the same. She stood as well, ready to follow Charlie with a grin.

"All I know is they're always stocked in Rocky Road, and that's all I can ask of anyone."
