Selina wasn't exactly the best teacher, but at least Carrie was a good student. Maybe it helped that she was a household name or whatever in the future.
She hadn't asked for details. She still didn't want to know.
The thing was, she'd had a feeling for most of the session that they were being watched. At first she thought maybe it was Danny. She hadn't seen him around yet. But he wouldn't really have a reason to stay hidden. She stayed wary throughout the session, but there was no incoming attack.
And then they were done and still nothing. "Good job," she told Carrie, tossing her a towel. "Remember, straight leg kicking works better." She slung a towel around her own shoulders.
