The twenty-third of February this year. A clock read 4:47 P.M. when I stepped out of the building.

Huh. You're right. When you put it that way, seems things are busier than they appear here.

I didn't keep track as well for all the time I've been here, but it doesn't feel like the years before you arrived were much busier than that.

The circumstances and the scopes change, I think, but the City doesn't stay idle for long.
