[Sally's sitting in a half-decorated, yet still bare-bones room of her apartment at the MAC. there's a mug of warm something on the table next to her.]
It's been almost two weeks, an' it looks like I won't be gettin' my old place back. Luckily my old landlord was dear enough to pack up some of my old things, mostly clothes and keepsakes, and keep 'em in a box waiting for me in case I ever did come back. Funny how I'm missin' some undergarments though...
He liked me, but not well enough to keep my place under reserve. Not that I'm complainin', but I guess I'm gonna have to start back on square one. First with a job, an' then with a place. If I stick around long enough, that is.

I suppose I should start goin' out more in the meantime. I've been...sitting around and wandering around, getting my City legs back in order, but didn't really take the time to meet with anyone. I see there are an awful lot of new faces this time around. But at least the network's still bustling with its usual hard-hittin' questions and whatnot.

Guess some things never change. Don't worry, I won't be asking anything intrusive from you. Just...if there have been any new bars or restaurants that I should check out. I still have money to spare left over from the last time around.
