I went back over my posts and examined the traffic on the comments. I noticed some that didn't seem to belong to identifiable members of the Network. Since I have no filtering function at the moment, it was difficult to tell what was a deliberate attempt to spy and what was misdirected spam. The recurrence of distinct IPs, which I unfortunately lack the tools to track at the moment, as well as the sophistication of the techniques suggested that it wasn't spam. This was corroborated by others.

There's still no proof it has anything to do with the abductions.

[A pause. He sounds completely serious.]

It could be spambots preparing to tap the imPort market for foreign pornography.
