He's obviously on the move though, because the camera isn't really focused on him-- In fact it seems to be accidental, as Yoite himself seems to be a bit away from his communicator, fighting off rats and pigeons

[In fact, it kind of bothers him to have to do this, considering how he often feeds pigeons and such when going to the park.]

But they're too small and move too fast for me to really have any sort of control over what they do... [If it hadn't been for that, he could just have knocked them out. Which would have been preferable.]
