This is Commissioner Elisa Maza. I know that there has been a bit of chatter over the comms lately that's giving people pause. I want to assure you all that the police are doing everything possible to maintain the safety of our city and the people in it. I also want to remind everyone that the police are always available to talk to, should you have any information that you feel is pertinent to any ongoing or open investigations.

We've got rats abandoning ship, people. Something big's going down, we've had several of our usual snitches and some of the wiser lowlifes start to skip town. That means they know something we don't. Given the Joker's post a few days back, and that lovely stockpile that McClane stumbled upon, we've got to start preparing for something big coming our way. And likely it's going to happen soon.
