People of the City; the prison is back in control of the police force, and all of the hostages have been rescued safely. I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of the men and women who were crucial in executing this recovery. Without their help this probably would have ended much differently. I need to send an extra-special gigantic thank you to the third Blue Beetle. You were a godsend.
