It'd be nice if the weather was consistent and seasonal, but no, there's really nothing the police can do about it.

I'm a cop. I'm used to having my hands full, and on working on cases everyone told me I should just leave alone. If this guy's a criminal, then I'm going to do my job and try to stop him however I can.

His hatred for "non-humans" is fanatical. As put together as he can seem in public he's a stark raving lunatic and a killer. He's also not human anymore. I'm not sure if he's still immortal or not, he's gone though several different phases in our world.

I don't have Starscream on the wanted list, but it's possibly an oversight, I dunno. Whatever works for you, until he does something nasty.
