I don't have Starscream on the wanted list, but it's possibly an oversight, I dunno. Whatever works for you, until he does something nasty.

I think his only connection to that was the big ol' Decepticon symbol on the roof. Somehow nobody ever investigated that :|a I think it was because other people were too busy.

Maybe he can be that one annoying guy who everyone KNOWS is up to something but on whom no one can ever get anything concrete?
