I'm driving through a snow storm today to get to Seattle to see Paul, Damonde and Dylan compete in the final night of the Seattle competition. Well, everyone in vancouver is calling it a snow storm because they are vancouverites and they don't know what a real snow storm is (21 winters in Montreal will teach you what a real snow storm is pretty fast).
I'm not too worried about it because it's not heavy snow.... but then again I will be sharing the road with people who have no idea how to drive in snow so maybe I shoudl be worried.
I would have left by now but I'm taking Damonde's girlfriend down and she doesn't get off work till 4. That kinda sucks because it's a 2.5 hour drive in GOOD conditions. And this isn't good. I thought it would take about 3.5 hours.... but now they say there are major delays at the border.... Oye Vey.
This could take us FOREVER.
The show starts at 8:30 and I really want to get there beforehand.
Oh well.
You guys out there wish me luck that I get there in time and in one piece.
