Life hit Fast Forward!
Had a show tonight. Went well. Balthazar is a ridiculously though room, but I heart it anyway. It was so great to hang out with the comics and chill out afterwards. Some chick and her date loved my cowboy hat joke and we chatted about the perils of wifebeaters LOL (You gotta hear the joke) It's always nice when someone connects with your jokes enough to talk to you about it afterwards.
SO BIG NEWS: I am getting new headshots! I don't really have the cash right now but I need to strike while the hair is hot! LOL. I love my new hairdo and it'd be great to capture it for the shots. So I am taking Friday off and am getting my make-up done by MAC and then meeting my photographer. Thing is - I have no idea WHAT TO WEAR. I'm thinking my jeans because my jeans are so freaking ME. Also I can work a pair of jeans like nobody's business. But tops.... I know I'll do a few shots in the standard "Hi I act and shit" white T. but then I have to figure out something else to wear... maybe a tank? Maybe... I don't know. I am so not a blouse type of chick. But I hate for upper arms. (I'm not on speaking terms with my thighs right now either...) LOL.
As for locations: I know I want the shots outside. I'm thinking something with tree trunks. LOL. I don't know why but I am. Tobey - my photographer - is thinking something urban - like in an alley. But I think with the whorehair joke, the alley shot is a given. Whores hang out in alley's right? LOL. I don't know... it's all so confusing. PLEASE SOMEONE give me ideas for clothing and shots. SERIOUSLY please.
And you any of you that have super-pretty, non-conformist LJs can you tell me how to get one of those super-pretty, non-conformist LJs? I have a paid account and I want to make my own banner and pick my own color scheme and add my own mood buttons - but I don't know how!!! I've poked around the settings but can't figure it out. Some of you have the prettiest LJs ever (*cough*tinamishi*cough*) so if you can give me any advice, I'll give you my first born (who is bound to be the illegitimate child of some pseudo-famous rockstar/actor/poet).
Seriously, any help on prettying up the LJ would be so great!
And speaking of that. I flipped on the radio to the regular top 40 station here while I was getting ready for the show and the first thing I heard was "Wentworth Miller."
The local DJ was telling everyone that he has a crush on Kiera Knightly and that he was like obsessed with her prettiness and asked people to phone in with their obscene obsession-crush and some chick called and was like "Wentworth Miller".
And the DJ knew exactly who she was talking about. (But someone else called the same station with a Star Spy report of seeing Jensen Ackles and the Dj was like "Who?What?" LOL).

I have a little fetish-thing going on when it comes to this boy's hands. They are all the pretty (all the super-LONG,sexy, pretty) in the world. *thud*
