Kotomi felt her cheeks redden as Kyou stared at her finger intently before apologizing. Kotomi shook her head, knowing that Kyou hadn't meant for her to get hurt. Holding the delicate handkerchief against the cut, Kyou bit her lip. Kotomi watched her finger the fabric of her ribbon a moment before pulling it out of her hair.
With a smile, Kyou began to use her ribbon to wrap the handkerchief against the cut. Kotomi stopped her with a questioning look but Kyou waved off her concern. With a bit of regret Kotomi watched as Kyou gently wrapped the lacy fabric around the makeshift bandage.
Kotomi stared at her finger, a look of regret in her eyes. Kyou only sighed, lifting Kotomi's chin so that their eyes met and telling her not to worry. Kotomi smiled shyly before softly thanking Kyou, quietly delighting in the pink color now surfacing on the other girl's cheeks.
