Day 101 - Work & Play
Ugh. Homework, how I hate the. I know you all are probably sick of hearing about my homework too. I’m sick of talking about it.
Though I have a few smaller assignments, I basically have ten essays to finish and I’ll be done with WSU. As of tonight, I have finished two of those. I need to finish another three tomorrow. Ick.
If I fished these three, and then do one a day after that, I could be finished with school (except for a few smaller assignments) by this weekend. I really wish I had the motivation do just do it. I have to do it. I don’t want to wait until the last minute and be all stressed out.
Today Phoenix had a playdate with Taya. Taya is my childhood friend Laity’s daughter. They are only four months apart and they get along really well. As a bonus, I get along with Latay really well too. :) They had fun but Phoenix got asthma pretty bad. Poor kid.
Tonight we used Ethan’s new grill. He made a burger for Phoenix and BBQ chicken for him and Scarlett. I had grilled carrots, yellow bell pepper and onion (all in salt, olive oil, garlic and seasoning). They were so, so good. I put them on a “burger” with a chik’ patty. I was stuffed and the carrots were to die for. I could eat them every day like that. I also felt good knowing how good for me the meal was. Though I followed it with ice cream just a little bit ago. ;)
