Day 2
I'm getting a new laptop in the mail today. I can't wait. My plan is to keep all my writing and school stuff on it. I want to find a dark red or teal case for it so that I can bring it with all the time. I have been making more of an effort to write as of late though. It helps, the more I write, the more I feel like writing. Ethan got me the laptop on a whim because he knew how much I've been wanting one, and because he's just that great.
I also have a playdate for the kids today with a little boy from Phoenix's school. I really like his mom, Michelle, so I'm looking forward to it. Her son, Jack, is autistic and his biggest difficulty is speech, or lack-there-of. It sounds like Phoenix has more emotional control issues though.
I woke up this morning to a really sore shoulder, but it seems better now. My skin is still sore, but not like it was last night. Overall, I'm feeling pretty good today and I might try going on a run later, or hitting the treadmill for a two miler. The treadmill may be easier on my joints.
