Yoochun is always abandoned- (since the beginning, in the end, always was, always will be). There’s probably something wrong with him because he’s not ‘good enough’. He’s never good enough, never satisfies the other, constantly missing something- (part of his soul). He doesn’t pity himself, though. He doesn’t question it, doesn’t cry. He’s actually gotten used to it already and it’s become a fact, general knowledge, common sense. So it’s probably time that he learns to shelter himself away from the rest of the world- build up a wall so high, no one would be able to climb over it, or even bother to, at the very least.
After a few months of erasing color from his eyes, and washing smiles off his face, he’s become a whole other person. He looks at himself in the mirror and doesn’t recognize the man staring back. Cold, biting, and a man of few words, he shows no emotion, like a mask he can’t take off. He shows a side of him that other people would back away from.
‘I can’t get hurt this way,’ he thinks, and that’s the end of that.
