Tuition at Hogwarts?

So I was wondering about Hogwarts tuition. I remember in HBP (which unfortunately I don't have with me) Dumbledore talks to Riddle about scholarships, but I wasn't sure if that was just books, or is it school fees too? Hogwarts seems to be on a British public schedule, but Harry's never actually paid any tuition...

Also, if they do pay, how much would it be per  year?
