With her chip out, there's a lot of things you should know about Shiki. In return, I'd like to know as much as I can about your character so I won't be stepping on any toes and all. ;w; Please see under the cut for all of my babbling!
SHIKI
All right, so first thing's first: Shiki's powers are kind of insane. And by insane, I mean like god-tier-story-breaking-ultimate-hax-holy-shit-what-is-this level insane. Her username isn't really a joke klajsdl. For the massive tl;dr on them, here you go:
The Mystic Eyes of Death Perception: Shiki's most powerful weapon, and her only supernatural one. They allow her to perceive the inherent mortality, or death, of theoretically anything and everything that exists, in the form of lines and dots. Tracing or cutting the line will damage the target, usually resulting in cutting, cracking, or falling apart. Piercing a dot effectively erases the target's entire existence, thereby killing it; this death is apparently so absolute that said target cannot be revived in any way, not even through reincarnation. However, the older something is, the more "existence" it has amassed, thus making it more difficult to kill; finding the "death dot" takes a longer time and more concentration. They can still be found, but it just takes more effort. According to magus Souren Araya, she could find the "death dot" of anything as long as she tried hard enough. Basically, Shiki really can kill anything, from a person to intangible magic to thoughts to even God (or so she claims), so long as it exists.
* It's debatable though as to whether or not she can kill something that "has no death," i.e. it's not that she can't see it, but rather it's death doesn't exist. That has more to deal with Nasuverse's ridiculously complex canon though, something of which I'm not completely familiar with, so I think it's safe to say that it won't apply much here.
** She also apparently can't see the lines/dots on Servant from the Fate/stay night canon as they technically don't exist or at least don't fall under Gaia's concept of death... or something like that. Again, I HAVE NO IDEA.
Basically, Shiki can see these special lines and dots on people, and if she cuts them or pierces them then whatever she was attacking will die. Though this ability is permanently active, she's trained so that she doesn't actively see the lines and dots all the time. (Because really, the first time she did, she tried to gouge her eyes out afterwards...) This is what her eyes look like when she is actively using the MEoDP, and this is what she sees. 01/05/11 | As of right now, Shiki doesn't have access to her prosthetic arm's capabilities, but I felt I should mention them anyways! Her arm can grab intangible objects such as spirits and ghosts as well as things that just... shouldn't be able to be grabbed like barriers and whatnot. It can also create a sort of astral projection thing that allows her to grab objects from a distance.

So, with all of this info dump, what do I need you to do? Just fill out this form below please! That way I'll know if Shiki would be like... interested in fighting your character or not SOB. And also being able to work out how her powers would work on them and whatnot yeaaaah.

Age: Surprisingly an important detail. The older you are the more "existence" you've amassed, so this is for how difficult or not it would be for Shiki to see your death dot.
Species: Would Shiki feel bad about killing you or not... LMAO, but yes this should also be easy enough!
