Probably all these actors are in boybands and if I knew about boybands I would recognize them. Will watch entire series obvs, I want the post-Ikeda-ya scene in all its glory, if they tone down the gay I will cry manly tears.
In non-Shinsengumi news & apropos of recent wangst: halfamoon, a fourteen-day "challenge celebrating female characters in fandom" (more info here). Good timing or greatest timing? Not to mention probably a better idea than the Mary Sue Big Bang proposed the other night. XD; What's alarming is that the two weeks run right up to riboku's planned V-Day of the Tigar unipr0n hootenanny, oh man, too much stimulus all around.

I remember grabbing whoever was next to me and having violent dokidoki palpitations the minute Haku said 「怖がるな！私はそなたの味方だ」and that was before anyone knew he was a dragon. But I suppose on some level I did know. Somehow. Instinct. Kiseki no you ni.

2007 Playing Okami at aoi_menai's place. Being totally unable to stop playing Okami. Obtaining a freaking PS2 so I could go on playing Okami. Ruining my life with video games ever since.
Best pop culture memory I didn't get to have was prolly the massive conjunction of all that is good and light in jpop aka Kame no Ongaeshi. /weeping forever
