While in Mexico, I heard this beautiful song (in Spanish) for the first time ever:
'Jueves 11 de marzo', by La Oreja de Van Gogh For the non-spanish speakers, it talks about these two people who see each other every morning in the train, and who've fallen in love, but they don't dare to go and talk to each other.
Finally one morning they get the courage to exchange a few words, confirming that both of them were actually crazy for each other. Right after that, they die, due to a bomb in the train, one of the bombs from March 11 2004.
Dammit, I so want to learn it, but I get totally chocked up halfway and I just can't finish it.
I could listen to it a thousand times to try and desensitize myself, but then again, I like it when a song can get me all wound up like this...
