Running schedule

Found online the schedule that Jeroen's been following to increase his running stamina:

I also told Jeroen I would start my diet for real this time LOL, let's see how long till I break it as usual ;P
I've made a chart to write down what I eat per day but I am having problems calculating the calories, not sure how to go with a "sandwich of whole bread with two slices of kipfilet, a smear of butter, a smear of mayo and a smear of mustard". Does this still fit in the "boterham" category?

I also thought: "I have to exercise more, perhaps do my weight training two days, and cardio 3 days! And cycle to work even if it's the days I can take the car!" But knowing me I cannot see myself dragging my big ass to the gym 5 days a week LOL. And taking the car is more comfy but I still hate driving so perhaps cycling would be the best for me and my stress levels LOL...)
Would be fun to try though... see if I finally start noticing a difference in my weight (as in going downwards and not upwards grr.) I really gotta make the effort. Meh.

There was a time where my goal was to fit back in my red goth dress. Now my goal is to fit back in my every-day pants comfily LOL, and we'll see how we go on from there!
