Before that I did my 4-mile tape. I went to the doctor last week and I wouldn't let them tell me my weight because I don't care what it is. I just want to be healthy, because I always feel better emotionally when I do.
i was really glad to hear you say this. you weigh a different amount in every place, doctor scales are terrible, girls get too discouraged by numbers, and who knows where the weight is coming from (thick clothing! muscle!). but you know that you are treating yourself well, and you feel healthy, and thats what matters!
when we go to the farmers market we will get the most fresh produce, and cholesterol and fat free pork rinds (or not, because i think im the only one in the world who likes those). lets watch fried green tomatoes (which started as an anonymous boy unlacing his boots and has turned into one of my alltime favorite movies) and then try to make fried green tomatoes. or we can skip that part because ive feared my deep fryer ever since it splashed oil on my arm. zen things. celebrity gossip! hey, lets make guacamole. ive never done that before. what else, what else?
