I just joined this community yesterday. I'm not the one with cancer, but my dad was diagnosed with colon cancer with mets to the liver last week. They are trying chemo to shrink the tumors to then hopefully do surgery. Anyone else going through this? I really need some support and hope right now, so if you have positive stories they'd be greatly

I just joined as well. My Dad was just diagnosed with lung cancer that has metastasized to a lymph node in his chest. He begins chemo and radiation with the hope of surgery following that. It sounds like we're in much the same place with our fathers.
