Day 17: a photo from a trip you'll never forget.
Day 18: a photo of your town.
Day 19: a photo of your favorite thing from school.
It was really hard to choose a picture for this one at first. There are so many things I loved about school, especially William & Mary. But I settled on this one because I feel like it accurately represents what has to be my absolute favorite thing from school: how much fun I had with the people there. This picture was from the beginning of my senior year, when Tala and Mel and I lived in an apartment in Ludwell (Ludwell Good ♥ forever!). We had several parties like this where a bunch of people came over and we were all silly and goofy and had ridiculous amounts of fun. So let's see, in this picture, it's Clay, me, Flo, Piers?, David, Tala, and Peter, and uuuuuuugh, I forgot the names of the other two girls, who were Tala's friends. Tala, help! But yeah, I have a ton of pictures like this, and they all make me smile. I had some really fun times in college, and the ability to have fun with a big group of people like that, pretty much whenever I wanted, is one of the things I really miss from that time.
So, the thing I forgot to mention in my entry last night is that I am very seriously thinking about getting my hair cut. I'm really getting sick of it being long, and I'm unhappy with it often. I want to go shorter, above my shoulders, but I need suggestions! Currently looking at
this (but a little shorter) and
this as inspiration. Any other ideas? Also, I need to find a good hairstylist here, someone who will do a good job on my hair and who I can keep going back to. Any of my Toronto friends have any recommendations in that department?
Okay, I think I really need to do some reading so I will be prepared for various upcoming book club meetups! Enjoy your evening, friends.
