I'm going to guess I'm about 5 in this picture, so my sister would be about 3. This is us with my grandmother, who I loved more than anything. She died when I was 8 and I still miss her; I also wonder how our lives would have been different if she had lived longer. Anyway, I like this picture a lot. I'm clearly in the middle of my no front teeth years, haha. And I remember having a bunch of dresses like that that we loved. We all just look happy in this picture, and it makes me smile.
As I continue to do this photo thing, I keep wanting to scan in other pictures that have never made an appearance online yet. I have probably half a dozen photo albums in my trunk upstairs, and I would bet that most of those pictures have never existed digitally, which means at some point when I've got a day to kill, I will have to spend some time playing with the scanner.
My Kira weekend is going well so far. We went to the mall yesterday for a few hours, and then hung out at Becca's for the rest of the night. It was a good day, but kind of tiring, so I'm feeling very lazy at the moment. When Kira gets up, we'll figure out our game plan for the rest of the day.
