I ABSOLUTELY FEEL YOU ON THE RANTING. I AM READY FOR STORMING AND ALSO I WOULD LIK TO STORM PEOPLE WHO ARE JERKS ABOUT MY CAREER CHOICES LIKE "OMG ARE YOU REALLY APPLYING HERE IN FLORIDA?" BITCH I LIVE HERE SO YES I AM. AND ALSO PEOPLE WHO ASK "HAVE YOU FOUND A JOB YET?" I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I HAVE PEOPLE IT WILL BE A JOYOUS DAY.

Also, cute bikini and lol at your lizard pictures. I had like 8 of those on my porch tonight so I made Olive go chase them.

A lot of the teachers I'm working with now are trying to find summer jobs doing things like working at a golf course. Now, if you hate sun that might not be the best, but if you have country clubs like we do (there are 4 within 10 miles of me) then an indoor waitressing job might exist.

YES OMIGOD PEOPLE ASKING ME IF I'VE FOUND MY INTERNSHIP YET MAKE ME WANT TO STAB MYSELF IN THE EYE. SERIOUSLY if I had one, I would be telling EVERYONE I saw, even complete strangers, probably! UGH.

Thanks! I got it from Target! Haha, and yeah, we used to always enjoy the lizards when we went to visit my grandparents every summer, so it's been awhile since we'd seen them.

Yeah, I'm not averse to waitressing, I just want to find someplace where I'll get decent hours and make some money.

There were no lizards in Tallahassee and it never even occurred to me until I moved back here and they were everywhere again.

Clearly these are animals I will not miss. Especially I will not miss them getting into my classroom and causing chaos. Also I will nto miss them JUMPING ONTO MY BACK FROM MY DOOR FRAME. Seriously lizards, be considerate.

Okay, yeah, the jumping I could do without too. I probably would be annoyed by them, too, if I lived there and had to deal with them all the time.

They're interesting and it's always funny to watch dogs try to catch them. Lizards are crazy fast.

On Tuesday I had a conversation with my students about what that red thing coming frmo their throats was. I was like "Yeah, those are boy lizards and they do it so girl lizards will think they are cute."

Nope! One of the ones today on the porch ran straight between her legs and she kept thinking it was in front of her. DUMB DOG!
