Quarter Century
Tomorrow is my birthday. This one kind of snuck up on me. I was planning on doing something big, but I forgot to actually do anything about it because I've been busy with work and life. However, we are still going out to dinner a bunch of times this week with various friends and family, and Nick and I are going to see Iron Man 3. As part of my birthday gift, Mom and Cath are gonna pay for me to get new glasses! The ones I have now are so old, it'll be good to have new ones. Yay!
Work is good, except for some annoying things some customers do... such as:
- Wanting $400 cash out. Two people in a row wanted this yesterday. We are not a bank, nor do we usually have that much in our tills, particularly when everyone wants cash out, but no one is paying in cash, so I'm left with an empty till.
- Putting your money on the conveyer belt. why do people do this? All that will happen is your money will disappear down the belt!
- Shoving all your groceries down towards my end because I was trying to fill one of your grocery bags and the belt stopped moving for a few seconds. I'm sure they think they're trying to help me, but they aren't. It's just annoying.
Anyways... time to get ready for work.
