Guardians of the Galaxy
Very fun movie from the start of it until the last scene, I never once felt bored but only dreaded that the movie would come to an end.
What I liked about this movie is that it wasn't an origin movie where we learn how people got their powers, how they deal with their new found power and just waste the whole 2 hours trying to establish the character's origins and have us care about them. They got straight into the action early on and things never let up.
Also, Groot is probably the one CGI character you'll care the most about in any movie up to this point in time.
This movie was also way more entertaining than the Avengers and that's saying something considering how fun the Avengers was.
I didn't see the Green Lantern movie, but Guardians sure nailed the whole superheroes in space thing.
Also, space hookers, so many space hookers.
Eagerly looking forward to the sequel and inevitable crossover with the Avengers.
