Out and about
So here we are out and about while Tyler snoozes in his car seat. We went out for our Valentine's lunch today instead of tomorrow because crowds suck when you have a very active baby. Tyler is hitting developmental milestones all at once. A couple weeks ago he pulled himself up to standing, learned to sit up, cut his first tooth, and started crawling all within a week. Then we went to texas and we've been back a little over a week and he's been really mastering all of those plus cutting another tooth. So needless to say it has been crazy around here.
Back to lunch, yesterday Tyler had a great teething day and his second tooth looked like it was through so we thought having a nice Vday lunch would be very doable. Uh no. Ty was fussy and miserable at our special date place (Victoria Gastro Pub) but cheered up when we took him out of the highchair and sat him next to me on the bench. I even referred to him as the demon child because we eat out often and Tyler does great so I was shocked by his behaviour. Teething bites. Shortly after we left he fell asleep in the car so instead of going home and disrupting his nap we've been running errands while one of us stays in the car with him.
He's been asleep for almost two hours and in that time we haven't gotten too much done since there are a lot of people out on the roads. Plus there's still snow removal going on after our double hit with two blizzards.
That's all for now. We're almost home and I just wanted to try the lj app. Yup!
