My wife and I are torn between doing an inside spousal and outside spousal (we were recently married in April and she is up on a study permit which expires at the end of June).  We've gathered the following conclusions both from discussion on this forum, other forums and contacting the CIC website.

Do inside spousal applications still have to sign the paperwork/do the interview at a point of entry?

My main reason for leaning towards an inside spousal is on the assumption that my wife's interview after we apply (if she has one) would be in Canada but if she's going to have to go to the states anyways, regardless of which method, I imagine ( Read more... )
