i can't take this body shaking

today was another emo day
arvelo-shaw was out so we had a sub
he was a sweet old man with a lisp and talked about random things ha
i felt so bad cause jimmy was being an asshole to him
that kid annoys me so much
the rest of the day was basically uneventful

last night i had another breakdown
i cried for a good 45 minutes on the phone with jess
we talked about everything and how i should try and get help
i just don't know what to do

i'm worried about lauren
her mom wants to send her to rehab =(
i really hope she doesn't go
i'd miss her way too much
