Yesterday was interesting. After getting the phone call from John, she got to shoot a monster thing, and then head back to the school to do battle with more monster things. Of course, her pulse weapons didn't work on them, which meant she'd decided to try a strange alien weapon she's just brought back with her months ago called a gauntlet. And the problem with wearing strange alien weapons that inject things into your body so you can use the weapon is that when it wears off, it kind of leaves you crashed and useless.

Aeryn's going to be really upset when she realizes what she missed today.
