I remember their speech patterns being a tiny bit different than what you have in the app, actually, so it just didn't sit right with me. And... quirkiness of the voice aside, I didn't find it particularly amusing; it seems like a reliance on the speech patterns instead of honestly funny jokes for humour.

And another thing... I always pegged them as a lot older than camper age.
