Okay, my only out was Mele. I wibbled over this, but ultimately voted out because... I just could not get a good feel for the character. It felt too rushed and too jumbled, and in the end I couldn't really understand it after a few re-reads. Everyone else was in.

Benkei, I'm sorry I never got back to you re: betaing. But I kind of agree with what itsstormmink said about where you're taking her from in canon.
