Okay, I'm more coherent now. I actually abstained on all the canons I didn't know, which is everyone except Harry and Brock, who both got Ins from me. MEANWHILE:

Er, what did I do wrong? Canon too big? Maybe I should've mentioned that I wrote the canon big so that I wouldn't have to explain my entire canon a second time.

Or was I just too "out there" with my App? I think I might've made it a bit... too unique?

Canon much, much too big. A general idea of the show and character in about a fifth of the words you used (or less?) would have been ideal XD; The sample entry could have used a little trimming too.

I still read through everything, though, and...yeah, nothing in the app stood out to me or gave me a laugh, and it tended to ramble on a lot. Sorry!

I'm just not exactly sure how I *can* explain even a small part of the show in about a fifth of the space, but I suppose I can try. ... And the sample entry *was* trimmed. By a lot. I had cut out a half-dozen or more paragraphs out of it when I editted the thing.

I'm horrible with the rambling, because that's exactly how I think. I don't think like everyone else. Sounds like I really need to find myself beta readers.

Most of the humor probably got cut when I editted the thing and cut out the paragraphs I did. >.> At the time, it seemed funnier. Oh well, seems like I'll be reapping.

Marius- In. All in all, nothing really grab me in the app but the last paragraph won me. Yaaay artistic types!

Martina- In. It had a nice voice to me from what I remember (it's been years since I've watched Slayers, woe)...and I fail at any other crit.

Nosedive- Out. Ah. I think the others have explained basically all I wanted to say |D

Re: Slate as fanon - Actually I thought of that right -after- I sent in the application. *master of bad timing* I remember 'debates' over last names back when I lurked on the Pokemopolis boards, and had always favored Slate/Waterflower (vs. Harrison/Williams) for the crappy pun aspect. However, a quick (actually, a very slow since I got distracted) Google search turns up more reputable sources for Harrison (IMDB and tv.com). Still, neither Pokemon nor 4kids' official sites list a last name...ug. I'll have to start checking episodes (think they're in Mom's basement somewhere >.>)
