As a relative new arrival in this encampment, I am of course interested in learning the details of my new surroundings, as I imagine many are, and I have certainly learned a few. We have been pulled here through means unknown from myriad universes and timelines. Escape is apparently impossible through any means known to anyone here. The forces in control here are mischievous if not malicious, and strange effects may occur at any moment in time. More positively, there are save points in the form of moogles that prevent death from ever being a permanent end.
However, as always, the details are paramount. So, I'm interested in anyone who can offer me more information on any of this:
- How does the timeline of this place interact with our native timelines? (I'm particularly interested in speaking with people who have been here a long time, as well as anyone who has left and returned.)
- What specific effects does this place perpetrate? (An exhaustive list may be impractical, but I'd certainly love more examples, particularly potentially unusual ones.)
- Who is the Director, and what, precisely, is she directing?
- What is the objective to gathering so many people here? What, so to speak, is the victory condition of this game? (I realize the likelihood anyone knows this is slim, but I'd appreciate any hints nonetheless.)
More mundane information such as the location of important but non-obvious landmarks, save points, etcetera, would also be appreciated.
Most importantly, though, I'm interested in documenting this information and uploading it somewhere easily accessible, so that new arrivals have an easier time acclimatizing, and input on the best way to do this would be helpful as well. Do people in this reality use GameFAQs?
