[Anyone looking out over the radioactive lake this afternoon will notice a lot more movement than usual. Marcy's tentacles are waving about angrily, splashing the nearby shores and generally being a nuisance. Just as you think, "Not my problem--I make it a point not to give a shit about the activities of giant tentacle monsters," the movement stops just as suddenly as it began; all of Marcy's tentacles retract, and for a moment, the waters are still.]
