[Just outside camp proper, there is a strange glowing stone. SOMETHING TELLS YOU THAT TOUCHING IT WOULD BE A VERY BAD IDEA.

Possibly more interesting than the stone, however, are the three pirates and one jerk who have gathered to stare at it.]
