Of course, dinosaur reproduction is a little different. Lizard and bird eggs are fertilized in the same way, no matter which is closer to a dinosaur, it'll be the same story; that is, the male introduces sperm into the female's cloaca and these fertilize the egg cells, which then develop into eggs and are laid.
