The brake's on the left, the gas pedal's on the right, only use one foot to control them, make sure it's in park when you try to start the engine, push down on the gas slowly once you've got it started up instead of just slamming on it, and be especially careful to keep an eye out for Excel once you get going.

I thought it was weird that the driving section talked about indicating before approaching a planet, but said nothing about changing lanes in Gotham. Then I got to the section on meteors and figured it was just being comprehensive.
