Oh! I thought it was were-sail like some weird hybrid sailing since it was green and not blue like the ocean, sort of like the Super-Cycle only...bitten by a radioactive buick.

Thanks! They're Giles' well, from England anyway. But I worked all last week on these decorations so they could go up in time for Christmas!
