“It's really staticky, but she says something like
"I hope this works."
"Don't," I'm assuming 'be' though the static drowns
it out, "afraid." More static for awhile, and some
weird noises. "...know what's going on." Static.
"It dragged me..." Long burst of static.
"...put an end to this." Static. "...no choice."
Then the static lets up enough to actually make out
a whole sentence. "I'll be back when it's over, okay?"
Something nasty-sounding growls after that, and she
mutters something I can't make out, and then there's
a gunshot.”

((OOC: I was going to put this up in the morning or early afternoon sometime, then I realized I'll probably be busy packing and stuff. So, Heather's trapped in The Otherworld while I'm on vacation. It is laughing at her for thinking she's actually gained some control over it.
The link goes to a copy of The Making of Silent Hill 3, since I got bored halfway through editing together an actual sound file for it. Plus I won't be able to do any character-whoring for a Vincent, Claudia, or Douglas while I'm gone, so there's one last bit of canon pimping.
And, until I go to sleep and in what free time I have after waking up, Heather'll communicate through half-unintelligible "phone posts" to any comments in here.))
