I seem to have arrived at this camp shortly in the wake of a flood; everything that isn't still underwater is covered in a thick layer of silt. Given the way the silt moves disturbingly on its own, I would conclude that it is largely composed of disintegrated zombie. Unfortunately, it lacks visible eyes; how does one shoot to kill when the target is an ambulatory mass of sludge? Sludge which is still capable of attacking, might I add? I don't think I will ever get the mud out of this shirt. Why do I wear white again?
In other, more interesting news, it appears that L is also in attendance at this camp. This is either very good, or very bad. In the case that there was an actual murder, this is very good; our chances of getting out of here are higher if he and I can work together on this and getting to work with him would be worth the general idiocy and stress of the situation. The main complication there is the flood, of course. Even if the silt were not a danger in and of itself, the water may have erased vital clues.
However, there is another possibility, which makes the presence of both L and I here a most unfortunate thing. Given the lack of evidence presented, I am forced to conclude that there is a possibility that the camp director is in fact simply a dark-arts dabbling sadist who enjoys tormenting young people, and the murder is in fact a fiction invented to give us hope that we might some day be able to solve the problem and leave. If this is the case, then both L and I will be trapped here indefinitely.
That leaves him on the outside. As I said - a very bad thing.
Oh, L? In case you are reading this... I believe I may have something you would like. If you and your friend can still fight as well against outside enemies as you can with each other while inconvenienced as you are, I would appreciate an escort to the showers, once the waters recede enough. There is zombie goo on my socks. This must be remedied.
