Spain would probably try to organize a study group of people in his class and he'll spend so much time goofing off during the study session talking, getting food and drinks for everyone, etc., that he'll barely study and then end up barely passing the test. He studies a lot better on his own, but he likes studying with people more :|b

Turkey either crams the night before or annoys Egypt until he agrees to help him study. Egypt gets subtle revenge by inviting Greece to the study group and then fighting happens until Egypt tops them both into behaving. He usually passes.

Kondo studies with Toshi. Toshi makes sure that Kondo doesn't sneak out to spy on Otae-san studying.

Banjou studies with Bekku! He doesn't have to study so much, it's pretty much just a light review for him. Then he ends up missing the exam because of a prediction.

Mori HOST CLUB STUDY GROUP or studies on his own or with Honey :|b fuck yeah, second in class
