I'LL SIGN UP WITH ARTHUR but my only request is that he absolutely not be paired against someone with magic or magic-like abilities because there's a really high chance that if someone uses magic against him in combat, he'll immediately start fighting with intent to kill.

Not signing up ICly because I'm sort of on unannounced hiatus for a bit due to work, but let's say he does it off screen or something. BECAUSE TOURNAMENT!!! 8D
