Well I think we've prevaricated on this long enough - ALSO I think we are about there! With that in mind: wholehearted apologies for this taking so long. It is entirely my fault. I decided to go on holiday. Sadly, that holiday was to visit AJ and I proceeded to distract her for a week. Thus we are incredibly late with doing this. But still!
