happy new year
The good news: Hosted an awesome New Year's Eve/music sharing party last night, the kind where the guests who crash overnight wind up staying almost 24 hours (and even helped clean up), and came away with a lot of good leftovers, some Bailey's, no dishes to wash and a ton of new music to go through.
The bad news: I also came away with the realization that this bug I have is not a tiny little cold that can be slept off with tea, NyQuil and Chloraseptic or anything over-the-counter. Yeah, the drunken DDR probably didn't help, but I REGRET NOTHING.
Translation: Mini-hiatus for Remy and Ro while I faceplant for a few days and am doped up on whatever the doctor prescribes tomorrow.
I still intend to pick up threads I left hanging. It'll just take a while. Bear with me? ♥
