If your character is a big dork/inventor/makes cool techno stuff/mechanic/scientist/is smrt and would be interested, sign them up! They don't have to be living in the labs, they don't have to have met Violet or Robin or have heard of the Science Fair

Normally I'd say the weekend, but I have no idea what's going on with my life this week, so probably Friday. STILL whatever works best for you people, worst case scenario I can just leave a placeholder or something!
